Return Policy

At Sneaker Bizzer, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we accept returns in accordance with the terms below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

·        Returnable Items: Most items purchased from Sneaker Bizzer are eligible for return within 3-days of the purchase date, provided they meet the conditions listed below.

·        Condition of Returned Items: Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. The product must be in the same condition as when it was received to qualify for a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

·        Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” cannot be returned or exchanged.

·        Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards or vouchers are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

·        Customized or Personalized Items: Products that have been customized or personalized are not eligible for return unless there is a defect or an error on our part.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

·        Contact Customer Support: Email us at support@sneakerbizzer.com with your order details, including your order number and reason for return. Our customer support team will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

·        Shipping Returns: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error by Sneaker Bizzer or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sneaker Bizzer is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Return Processing

·        Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If the item is ineligible for return, we will notify you and arrange to have the item sent back to you at your expense.

·        Refunds for Eligible Returns: Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 28-business days of receipt and inspection. Please allow additional time for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

5. Exchanges

Sneaker Bizzer does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

·        Contact Us Immediately: Please contact us within 3-days of receiving the item at support@sneakerbizzer.com, including photos and details of the damage or defect.

·        Resolution Options: We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Sneaker Bizzer will cover the return shipping costs in these cases.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

·        Check with Your Bank or Card Provider: Refund processing times may vary.

·        Contact Us for Assistance: If you still haven’t received your refund after checking with your bank, please contact us at support@sneakerbizzer.com.

8. Policy Updates

Sneaker Bizzer reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the revised effective date. We encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
