At Sneaker Bizzer, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refund options in accordance with the terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

·        Returnable Products: Items must be eligible for return to qualify for a refund. Please refer to our Returns Policy for items excluded from return or refund (such as final sale items or specific types of apparel).

·        Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund, returned items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging, with all tags and labels attached. Items must be in the same condition as when they were received.

·        Return Period: Items must be returned within 3-days of the purchase date to qualify for a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable, including:

·        Final Sale Items: Products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

·        Gift Cards and Vouchers: Gift cards or vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

·        Customized Items: Personalized or customized products are not eligible for refunds, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, follow these steps:

·        Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@sneakerbizzer.com with your order details, including your order number and reason for the refund request.

·        Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Sneaker Bizzer is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on its condition.

4. Refund Processing

·        Approved Refunds: Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 28-business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the refund.

·        Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted (e.g., for items not in their original condition, missing parts, or past the return window).

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe, please:

·        Check with Your Bank: Refunds may take some time to post due to internal processing by your bank or credit card provider.

6. Exchanges

Sneaker Bizzer does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement.

Sneaker Bizzer reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time to reflect changes in our processes or policies. The effective date at the top of this policy will be updated accordingly, and we encourage customers to review this policy periodically.
